I wonder if the Departmental Christmas parties are the reason there are Departments…
Because manga stylings have infected all of us Western cartoonists in one way or another. And because free-lancers don’t even HAVE departments. Or office parties to go to. (Unless we’re married to someone who does, which I’m not. Boo-hoo.)
